I grew up with stories whispered across dinner tables, in the backseat of cars, through the voices of women who survived enough life to become legends without ever calling themselves that. I learned early that culture is not just something you inherit. It is something you carry. Something you choose to keep alive.

I am Latina. I am Mexican American. I am a mother of two daughters who remind me every day why softness and strength must coexist. I am a writer who reads myth like scripture. I am a digital storyteller who knows that words are spells. And I am a woman who spent years being the steady one and is finally learning to be held.

Creativity has saved me more than once. Writing is how I reclaim the pieces of myself that were lost in survival. It is how I make sense of motherhood and identity and all the versions of me that still live in my chest.
